Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Your use
of the Birmingham Trichology Centre web site
(www.birminghamtrichology.co.uk or
www.birminghamtrichology.com) and purchase of our products
on it means that you agree to the following terms and
conditions.
Shopping with Birmingham Trichology Centre
You can order from us in
the following ways:
1. online via the website
2. by telephone
3. by cheque or postal order (made out in UK Pounds
Sterling) please post it with a copy of your order to the
following address:

(please note that all cheque orders will not be dispatched
until your cheque has cleared our bank - this can take 5-7
working days)
When you place an Order
for a Product in any of the ways listed above you are
agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these
Terms.
When you place an Order
online we will send you and email to confirm that we have
received it. This email confirmation will be produced
automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order
details. The fact that you receive an automatic
confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be
able to meet your Order. If a Product is not available we
will endeavour to let you know via email.
Birmingham
Trichology Centre reserves the right to cancel any sale
and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and
may change or discontinue the availability of Products at
any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled,
any payment made for the Products will be refunded in
full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new Orders are
deemed separate and each is treated individually.
We endeavour to ensure
that all prices on birminghmatrichology.co.uk are accurate
but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing
of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon
as possible using the contact details you have supplied us
with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming
your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we
are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as
cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for
the Products will be refunded in full.
Payment
You must pay for your
Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit
card, debit card, cheque or Postal Order.
If your delivery address
is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by
credit card.

Orders may be processed
online via Paypal using a credit or debit card
Cheque or Postal Order
In the UK, you may pay
by cheque or Postal Order if you wish.
Please make cheques
payable to Birmingham Trichology and remember to include a
copy of the order, your contact details and delivery
address.
Availability
We endeavour to keep
birminghamtrichology.co.uk as up to date as possible
but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always
be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you
will be refunded for it.
All offers are available
while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product
you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where
possible, and will either refund you for that item or
provide you with further information regarding future
availability.
Delivery
Postage costs within the UK are
included in the price shown for each product.
Orders are dispatched
either via Royal Mail (1st / 2nd Class) or Recorded
Delivery
We will make every
effort to deliver within the time stated on
birminghamtrichology.co.uk but we will not be liable for
any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Please Order from
birminghamtrichology.co.uk with enough lead-time to
prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the
delivery time as birminghamtrichology.co.uk cannot be
responsible for this.
This does not affect
your Statutory Rights as the consumer.

Returns
We do accept goods back
at Birmingham Trichology, however only in the following
circumstances:
*We accept goods back, for any reason, that have been
unused.
*We cannot accept goods back that have been used.
If you have received the
wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the
correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs
for the return of the products. Please contact
sales@birminghamtrichology.co.uk to arrange this. If you

Centre Responsibilities
birminghamtrichology.co.uk has endeavoured to make the
descriptions (including all images) of the Products as
accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for
changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products made
by the relevant manufacturer.
Because of the nature of
the Internet birminghamtrichology.co.uk provides and
maintains birminghamtrichology.co.uk on an "as is", "as
available" basis and makes no promise that use of
birminghamtrichology.co.uk will be uninterrupted or
entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we
are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason
beyond our control.

amount for failure to perform any obligation under this
agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of
any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control
including without limitation Internet outages,

Subject as aforesaid, to
the maximum extent permitted by law,

damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without
limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss
whether or not such loss arises out of any problem you
notify to birminghamtrichology.co.uk and
birminghamtrichology.co.uk shall have no liability to pay
any money by way of compensation, including without
limitation all liability in relation to:
* any incorrect or inaccurate information on
birminghamtrichology.co.uk;
* any interruptions to or delays in updating
birminghamtrichology.co.uk;
* the infringement by any person of any Intellectual
Property rights of any third party caused by their use of
Birmingham Trichology or any Product purchased through

* any loss or damage resulting from your use of inability

Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access

account and not as an agent for you or any other person.

of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing
waiver.
In the event that any
part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part
will at Birmingham Trichology's option be construed as far as
possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the
remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and
effect.
These Terms constitute
the full agreement between you and
birminghamtrichology.co.uk and may only be amended in
writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or
Conditions of contract proposed.
Use of
birminghamtrichology.co.uk and these Terms are subject to
English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts.
