The weekly clinic is by appointment only and is a private practise.  There is a fee for the consultation and if treatments can be undertaken, then these are paid at the time of each session. 

During the first consultation, which may take up to an hour, a diagnosis and prognosis is made of the condition as it presents at that time.  If treatment is required, in some cases treatment may be undertaken at home by yourself.  However, there are conditions that may need to be treated at the clinic, but this would be discussed in full during the consultation.

Products can influence the condition, texture and overall appearance of the hair.  Many Clients may choose the wrong product for their hair type or condition, or conditions that may affect their scalp. 

For a small fee hair can be analysed to determine the condition of a hair sample.  We refer you to the Questionnaire section.
